At Fultera, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

 Return Policy:

1. Eligibility for Return 
   - You have 14 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it.
   - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

2. Return Process
   - To initiate a return, please contact us at  with your order number and reason for return.
   - Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. 
   - You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as we do not provide a shipping label (unless the return is due to a mistake on our part)

3.  Refund Process
   - Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. 
   - If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We may offer a replacement or full refund based on the situation.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Please be advised that any exchanges resulting from incorrect size, color, or order will require the customer to bear the shipping costs, as we do not provide a shipping label. Thank you for your understanding.
